BPT Admission

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a four-and-a-half-year undergraduate degree divided into 4 years of theoretical knowledge and the last semester reserved for the mandatory Internship that focuses on the science of physical movement, including exercise, massaging and electro-physical treatment. 

BPT Admission Process

  1. The first step of the application process is to fill the application form of the college you want to get admission to. In case you don’t have your final mark-sheet available yet as the boards have just released the results and due to the pandemic protocol there can be some delay in getting the physical copy, you can submit the current result and documents for now and can represent the originals at the time of counselling.
  2. You Have To Pay Initial Amount  To Direct College Ac Or Physically You Can Pay In College.
  3.  You Have To Submit All Original Documents 
  4. Adhar card Copy with signature
  5. 4 passport size colour photos
  6. 10th original Marksheet
  7. 12th Original Marksheet
  8.  Leaving certificate

Scope Of Physiotherapy

  • Physiotherapy being a very developing and enterprising course, it has got excellent employment opportunities in super speciality hospitals both in Government and Private sectors and also in academics. Physiotherapists can do their private practice by opening their own clinics or doing home visits, which does not need any major investment. It has got excellent career opportunities both in India and abroad.
  •  Specialization can be obtained by doing Master’s degree (MPT) after completing the graduation course. The students can take up Ph.D. after completing their Masters degree.             
  • As a Physiotherapist, you can get specializations in the fields such as geriatrics, cardiorespiratory geriatrics, orthopaedics & neurology. You can also get a doctorate degree & work in the research field. In future, there is a wide scope of physiotherapy.

Eligibility for BPT Admission

  • The candidate must have a 10+2 qualification, in other words, the candidate must have passed  12th from a recognized or affiliated Board.
  • The candidate must have scored (PCB 120 marks) in the 12th In some cases, the minimum percentage is 45%.
  • There is an age limitation 17+ years.
  • 12th class or equivalent from recognized board.
  • *No NEET, No CET, not Any Entrance Exam.
  • Get Direct Admission On 12th Percentage.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is the full-time undergraduate level course that teaches its students to take care of patients who are in physical pain,pain due to old age or diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, pain after any accident as well as rehabilitation all come under the study of this course. 

This is known for its rehabilitation work for elderly persons suffering from some diseases or accidents etc. It is a medical wing that is supplementing the medicine based treatment for rehabilitation purpose. 

Topics covered under this course includes Human Anatomy, physiology, pathology, medical and surgical conditions, biomechanics, rehabilitation and other subjects.
